Our Scope of Work Solves All Engineering was brought in as the grading subcontractor to perform full site demolition and rough grading. Our work included:

• Concrete and asphalt demolition

• Full site clearing

• Rough grading and subgrade preparation across the entire 12,000 sq ft footprint

• Offhaul of approximately 900 cubic yards of mixed material

• Erosion control including silt fence, straw wattles, and drainage management
